H.E. Hamza Yahia-Cherif, Ambassador of Algeria to India took part to the 5th WVVF WORLD VOVINAM CHAMPIONSHIP 2017 scheduled from 1st to 5th August 2017 in New Delhi. The Algerian national team of VOVINAM (40th athletes) excelled in this discipline by winning 27 medals (12 gold, 11 silver and 4 bronze). The Algerian team was ranked second (Vice Champion) behind the Vietnamese team.
